All of our gnotobiotic Flexible Film Isolators are available as standard sizes, in ISO-type 1, type 2, type 3 and type 4. If, however, you require a solution that is fully-customisable to your precise requirements, we provide custom made flexible film isolators. These can be built according to your research and space requirements.

While there are numerous features that do come as standard on our flexible film isolators; we offer the ability to adjust these and add specific elements. Examples of these include isolator sleeves that can be either detachable or fixed in place. Moreover, ports are available in a variety of sizes; it is also possible to change the door type of the port. In addition to this there is the possibility to add various technical extras, such as, audio visual alarms, temperature and humidity gauges and fan units.

Biocontainment Level 3 Flexible Film Isolators When working at Biocontainment Level 3 and 4 you want to make sure that the equipment you are using is the best possible. Because of this, we offer a wide range of Isolators suitable for this purpose. All of our Isolator sizes below are available as BL3/4 units, as well as custom sizes and deigns. Furthermore, we are able to include a wide range of additional accessories so that a wide range of equipment can be used inside the unit. Moreover, Flexible Film Isolators which work in BL3/4 conditions, must be Negative Pressure. Because of this, we have increased the thickness of the PVC material used. In addition to the standard HEPA Filter system, BL3/4 Isolators will work on a dual HEPA system.

The nature of working in BL3/4 conditions allows for the study of much more dangerous pathogens. As users, you therefore, want to be confident that the products that you are working with will not fail. ISO-Type 4 Isolator Type 4 isolators contain 4 separate units on a single frame and are especially useful as experimental isolators or for small breeding colonies. Four separate rodent containment units. Different sizes available info +: The ISO-Type 4 Isolator is a combination which allows the technical equipment to supply 4 units rather than only one, which makes this type very cost effective. Available canopy sizes are Type 1, Type 2 or bespoke canopies. Please consider the space requirements, as the ports are located on opposite sides. Optional access points in the canopy are possible to allow the use of electrical equipment or accessories which require a connection to the outside of the isolator. Small connection ports between the 2 horizontal canopies are also possible to allow transfer from one unit to the other.
