Flexible transport and short-term housing for germ-free rodents

The Gnotobiotic Transport Cage offers a reusable solution for transporting and temporarily housing germ-free rodents. Suitable for long-distance shipping and internal transfers between the animal unit and laboratory, it combines a durable, clear plastic base with a stainless steel top and integrated filter to help maintain germ-free conditions.

A clip-on closure and silicone seal make assembly straightforward and provide a secure fit. During short-term housing, the internal wire lid allows access to food and water. Water bottles are not suitable for use during shipping.

Two sizes accommodate different transfer and housing requirements. The compact M1-Gnoto fits through most ports and hatches, while the larger MB1-Gnoto provides additional capacity for larger mouse cohorts or up to two or three rats.
