Atomisers produce an ultra-fine spray, ensuring excellent surface coverage while reducing the amount of sterilant needed. Compared to dunk tank methods or swapping, it not only saves money on sterilant, but also increases efficiency as the fine droplets allow saturation of the air inside the enclosures, which ensures a better sterilisation due to excellent surface coverage. Each unit includes a 500ml bottle and a spare bottle to support smooth workflow.

Every Atomiser will need a regular deep clean or check-up in order to perform properly. Please contact us to arrange for a no-hazzle service - just package the atomiser - we collect and return fully serviced. We can service NKP - Style atomisers as well as Atomisers from other manufacturers.
