DW4 Filter Media

Reusable, autoclavable filtration for Isolators and steam-sterilisation equipment

DW4 filter media provides a practical protective barrier for enclosed equipment used to steam-sterilise or decontaminate materials. Suitable for applications that do not require a certified HEPA filter, it combines effective filtration with air permeability to support steam penetration and pressure equalisation during processing.

Designed for Isolator filter wraps, DW4 can also be incorporated into autoclavable carts, cabinets and containers used for the sterilisation and transfer of supplies. Air and steam exchange during heating, sterilisation and cooling helps reduce the risk of equipment deformation.

Reusable for up to 30 autoclave cycles, DW4 helps maintain the protected condition of sterilised contents when used as part of a validated procedure. Available in rolls or pre-cut sheets, it can be supplied to suit individual equipment requirements.
